German from age 3, learned through play

Between 3 and 6, a child’s brain is a language sponge. This is the most precious window in a lifetime of learning. At Lingofit, we make the most of it with care, joy and method.

Why so early?

The golden window of language acquisition

Between 3 and 6, children possess a language acquisition capacity they will never have again. At this age, a child doesn’t learn German — they absorb it. No inhibition, no fear of being wrong. They play, and in playing they build linguistic structures that will serve them for life.

Our German courses for children use no abstract grammar, no forced memorisation — only games, songs, stories and natural interactions in a structured, progressive framework. Discover our full pedagogical method.

What we do

A method built for young learners

🎮

Learning through play

Each session is built around playful activities: role-play, illustrated cards, nursery rhymes, memory games. German becomes natural because it is associated with pleasure.

🎵

Songs and rhythm

Music is an exceptional learning tool for children. German vocabulary anchored in a song stays far longer than a memorised list.

📚

Illustrated stories

Stories in German stimulate imagination and naturally enrich vocabulary. The child doesn’t distinguish between play and learning — that’s precisely the goal.

👤

Teacher matched to your child

We assign the teacher best suited to each child’s profile and personality. The trust between teacher and student is the first condition for success.

🏠

At your home

Lessons take place at your home, in a familiar and reassuring environment for the child. Geneva and all communes, Monday to Saturday 7am to 9pm.

Anne H., mother in Carouge

"We started German lessons with our daughter when she was 4. Now she’s 7 and speaks spontaneously in German. What surprised me most is that she asks herself to see the teacher."

FAQ

What parents ask most often

Absolutely. Our teachers are trained in specific approaches for reserved children. The play-based approach is particularly effective: through play, the child opens up naturally, without pressure or judgment.
We recommend 45-minute sessions for children aged 3 to 6. Concentration at this age is precious but short. Our sessions are paced to maintain attention throughout.
Not at all. The vast majority of our families are French-speaking. They are simply aware that mastering this language is crucial for their child’s future.
No. For children aged 3 to 6, direct human contact is fundamental. Physical interaction with the teacher, tangible materials and a reassuring presence are irreplaceable pedagogical elements at this age.
